Booking & Payments▼
  • All party bookings are processed securely through our online system, powered by Lilypad.
  • Package prices shown online are before applicable taxes.
  • Some packages may require a deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due prior to or on the day of your party.
  • If you need to adjust your guest count or add items, contact us before the Monday prior to your party.
  • +8% gratuity applies to all party packages.
Cancellations & Rescheduling▼
  • Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to update your booking.
  • Reschedule and cancellation options depend on timing and availability.
  • For the smoothest experience, contact us before the Monday prior to your party whenever possible.
  • Changes requested close to your date may be limited due to fixed time blocks.
Waivers & Check-In▼
  • All guests — children and adults — must complete a waiver before participating.
  • Completing waivers in advance ensures a faster, smoother check-in.
  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in and to get settled.
Arrival, Timing & Late Policy▼
  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. All players should be ready by your booked start time.
  • Because we host multiple parties back-to-back, late arrivals may not receive their full game or party room time.
  • We are unable to extend your time beyond your reservation due to scheduled bookings.
Food, Outside Food & Catering▼
  • No outside pizza and no food delivery from external vendors.
  • Do not bring: popcorn, Cheesies/Cheetos, pasta, rice, or similar messy foods.
  • For parties only, you may bring select items inside your party room: fruit/veggie trays, chips (no popcorn), finger foods, sandwiches.
  • Outside foods should not be consumed in the facility outside of a booked party room.
  • We offer catering options and work with trusted partners — ask our team about current menus when you book.
Décor, Balloons & Entertainment▼
  • No outside balloons, decorators, or entertainers are permitted.
  • All décor and enhancements must be arranged through our team and in-house partners.
What's Included in Party Packages▼
  • Birthday child is free on all regular and laser tag packages.
  • Every package includes invitation cards (hardcopy) or a waiver party link to share with guests.
  • All children attending the party receive a 2-for-1 laser tag play pass, and the birthday child gets 1 return play pass added to their account.
  • Staff support is provided throughout your event.
Laser Tag Missions & How It Works▼
  • Each mission is approximately 15 minutes of gameplay.
  • Laser tag party packages include two missions per booking (plus vesting and safety time).
  • Our team provides instructions and supervision to keep play safe, fair, and fun.
  • Laser tag is for kids only — adults are welcome in the party room to watch and support.
Party Times & Scheduling▼
  • Most party bookings run for 2 to 2.5 hours, plus 30 minutes between parties for cleaning and room reset.
  • Room availability and time slots vary by day and by party room.
  • When you book online through Lilypad, you'll see live time slots for your chosen date and package.
  • We recommend booking early — especially for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Safety & Facility Supervision▼
  • Our staff maintain a safe, family-friendly experience and support groups throughout their visit.
  • Surveillance cameras are installed throughout the facility to support the safety and security of all guests.
